Defining the deterministic infrastructure behind the DACH+ Corporate Intelligence Coordinate System.
The platform operates on the proprietary Census Coordinate System™ (CCS), a multi-dimensional relational architecture designed specifically for the DACH+ economic zone. The CCS treats every corporate entity, directorship, and ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) as a sovereign coordinate. These coordinates are relationally mapped to expose cross-border board overlaps, historical mandates, and hidden corporate networks. Every node in the CCS is mathematically tethered—via its deterministic provenance hash—directly to its official state registry identifier.
In institutional due diligence, data decay introduces unpredictable and expensive third-party risk. FirmaCensus addresses this through a proprietary ingestion engine based on direct API and SFTP XML synchronisation in accordance with ISO 8000 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
In addition to capturing the live states of commercial registers, the platform maps the temporal axis of corporate governance. Entity resolution and risk surfacing are governed by a deterministic scoring model that mathematically weights temporal proximity against structural board overlaps:

This structuring of longitudinal state histories tracks the exact chronological decay and transfer of ultimate beneficial ownership, exposing historical risk vectors that flat databases inherently miss.
Cross-border corporate mapping inherently involves conflicting identifiers (e.g., overlapping Legal Entity Identifiers or duplicate localised registration numbers). The CCS engine resolves these conflicts through a rigid deduplication hierarchy.
When conflicting registry data enters the normalisation matrix, the system defaults to the localised primary commercial code (e.g., the Swiss UID) as the unique identifier.
